Do I need a diagnosis to start coaching?
While a formal diagnosis can be helpful, it is not required for starting ADHD coaching. If you suspect you, your child or your employee may have ADHD, we can still provide valuable support and strategies tailored to your needs.
What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Life coaching and counselling/therapy serve distinct yet complementary roles in improving the quality of life.

What does the coaching process involve?
Our coaching process typically involves an initial consultation of approximately 90 minutes, followed by regular coaching sessions. During the initial consultation, we assess your specific needs and goals. Based on this assessment, we create a personalized coaching plan. Subsequent sessions focus on implementing strategies, monitoring progress, and adjusting the plan as needed.
How long does the coaching process take?
The duration of the coaching process varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from a few months of coaching, while others may require longer-term support. The new skills and strategies enable you to move forward after this period continuing to create the life you deserve and desire. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payments are typically made on a session-by-session basis. To ensure you have priority and advance booking of your appointments to aid life planning I also offer packages that allow for upfront payments at a 10% reduced rate.
